The Real Reason Hell is So Scary

Simple answer: No hope.
That may not seem like a big deal, and it probably won't strike you as it should.
Imagine being locked up in a prison here on earth.
You have 2 options for freedom:
1) You eventually get released after serving a term
or
2) You look forward to death
At least there is a way out, more or less.

Hell is not that way.
There is no escape from hell...
ever.
Again, imagine being thrown into prison here on earth,
but imagine never being released
and imagine never dying,
and imagine that continuing on forever.
Aside from the torment and being separated from God,
the fact that you can never escape...
that there is absolutely no hope
of ever escaping...
is what's truly frightening.

God opens doors that no one can shut... and He shuts doors that no one can open.

But you can escape this!

This is why Jesus/Yeshua came!
To save us from judgment!
And this horrific fate!
